Our Power Platform Showcase is ideal for organisations that want to get started with Power Apps and Power Automate and are looking for an introduction to the capabilities of the Power Platform. Through a series of sessions our experts will:
- Understand your organisations pain points
- Build a proof-of-concept application to address a chosen issue
- Provide detailed knowledge-sharing to upskill your team.
This package is delivered by an experienced Power Platform Consultant and Business Analyst. Our aim is to help you get started with Power Apps and Power Automate helping you drive business value from day one. Using these tools, all users can learn to build and deploy automation that transforms business processes.

IT or business leaders and users looking to streamline processes.
Scope
The scope of work will be delivered in 4 sprints over several weeks. This timeline will allow for development of a proof-of-concept solution and allow your team to understand concepts and practice skills. The sprints are outlined as follows:
Sprint 1 (1 day)
• Discovery workshop
Understand your existing Microsoft 365 environment and the tools commonly used in your business.
Review of current automation or data-processing pain points.
Selection of a key process for development.
• Requirements deep-dive
Incremental will work with the key stakeholders and help them prioritise the requirements for a basic proof-of-concept application or workflow process. Minimum requirements will be documented for approval.
Sprint 2 (1 day)
• Solution development
Our Power Platform consultant will develop the framework of the solution to the agreed specification with a view to completing development as part of sprint 3 knowledge share sessions.
Sprint 3 (2 half-day sessions with stakeholders)
• Knowledge transfer – data
This session outlines the structure and functionality of the SharePoint or Dataverse data structure and options for future development.
• Knowledge transfer – Power Apps / Power Automate
Allows your team to gain a strong grounding in the structure and function of the Power Platform solution(s) used.
Sprint 4 (Up to 4 online 90-minute sessions with stakeholders)
• Solution delivery
The proof-of-concept solution will be delivered ready for publishing or further internal development.
Additional time is available for drop-in support or office-hours workshops for additional knowledge sharing and assistance. This may be scheduled over several sessions following the initial engagement.
Deliverables
At the end of the Power Platform Showcase engagement, you will have a functional proof-of-concept solution based on the agreed requirements and your team will have gained significant skills in developing with the Power Platform.
Support is built into the package with time for self-led learning and further discussion to consolidate the skills and concepts covered as part of knowledge transfer. This aids in building confidence to tackle ongoing development in smaller steps as your teams become familiar with using Power Apps, Power Automate and the wider Power Platform. Incremental is on-hand to guide your team and can offer advice on more complex business process requirements.
